The "Willow" skirt a paper bag design. The skirt has a ruffled top waistband to give it that paper-bag look. It also has an elastic waistband so there is room for growing as well.
"Willow" skirts are made from various fabrics such as cotton woven, flannel, suede, cotton knits, dbp (double brushed polyester), cotton spandex, rayon spandex, and ribbed knit cottons.
Turn around time will be 10-14 business days (Monday-Friday), since these skirts are 100% handmade with love and care. If ordering during 9am-4pm EST is when the tat starts. Otherwise turn around time starts the following business day
